Standards and Specifications

WNEC can assist in determining the applicable standards and if required, develop the specifications for purchase of a vapor control system. Without applicable standards, the equipment manufacturers may use design standards or components that are not acceptable for your location or provide components that are not locally serviceable or available.

With an accurate set of operating specifications, the component manufacturers can supply equipment of adequate size to meet the site conditions and the local emissions regulations. The correct determination of your operating requirements is critical to proper equipment selection. Errors in throughput, product temperature, ambient temperature, RVP, etc. can have a significant impact on the size of the vapor control equipment.
