Bid Preparation and Review

WNEC can prepare or review the inquiry documents prior to submittal to the vapor control equipment vendors. This will ensure that the requirements of the inquiry documentation are adequate for the specific application.

After receipt of the vendors proposals, WNEC can evaluate each of the vendors proposals to determine if they comply with the inquiry documents. A "bid tab" can be prepared, in strictest confidence, to compare each bid to determine the best decision for our client.

Bid tabulations can help illuminate discrepancies between each bidder and ensure that the client will purchase the most economical choice, (not always the least expensive).

Improper sizing of the equipment can expose the end user to litigation, fines and penalties. Relying completely on the manufacturers’ performance guarantee or warranty does not provide long term protection for your company.
